Pros

- Opportunity for growth is above average.

Cons

-50 hours a week. -Very sub-par 401k policy. Vesting policy punishes employees who do not stay for many years. -No sick days. You are expected to work 50 hours a week regardless. "Just use PTO" or "Come in on Saturday" -It is clear that management values money over all else. No shortcut is too small to save a penny. See previous 3 bullets regarding employees. Extends to engineering designs as well. -Large portion of the company is in Indonesia. Alone this is not a con, however this translates to regular meetings outside of typical work hours. -Everything is micromanaged. Absolutely no decisions are made without first being approved by the CEO. -Very high rate of employee turnover. -While yes you can grow, you are expected to do so without any guidance. Sink or swim mentality.

Thank you for your feedback. The 50 hour work week is part of our company culture as we value hard work and dedication from all our employees. This drive as a company has led to the sale of one of our product lines for $260M. All of the funds from that sale will be paid out in profit sharing to our employees. With continued success (fueled by the dedication of our employees), we could see similar employee payouts in the future.
