      Pros

      Depending on the account and project you are handling, the salary is good. The environment is somewhat relax and you could easily chat with friends with ease. Tenure is valued here so if you stick for a long time, you will be climbing up the corporate ladder.

      Cons

      Do not believe everything they tell you. Sometimes they are not keeping their word. Everything has something is return or has a requirement. You will get unhappy overtime due to the bad management overall.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
