i decided to no longer work for Sitel because they are very unorganized. I asked them to update my address so my check could be sent out to the correct address before it was issued. I later found out that they failed to do so and also charged my 15$ for the stop payment even though the issue wasn't on my end. Its been over a month and is still have no received the money for the hours that i worked for! Alorica or Live Ops is a better bet,

Work at home is the only pro

Cons

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
