Pros
- Some lovely people work there - good hybrid ways of working
Cons
- money grabbing (when you leave on any terms you have to pay back bonuses including commission earned) - poor communication from leadership level and from company overall (very misleading, not honest or clear about anything that’s happening) - very inconsistent approach to supporting employee wellbeing (some managers are fantastic, some are absolutely awful) - very unclear commission scheme and high thresholds
