Decent job/ good work life balance - Digital/Bindery Operator Frederic Printing Employee Review

Frederic has numerous amazing individuals that are the driving force of the company.

At times there were disconnects between key departments that made providing necessary results difficult.

There are some great people working at Frederic--people who are dedicated, compassionate, and skilled. It is easy to get along with folks there.

Frederic does very little to retain top performers, at least in my department. Everyone I raised the topic with was getting paid very little (although benefits are decent), and tech workers are particularly undervalued. Like most printing companies, Frederic is very conservative when it comes to expenses and new technologies.
