You will NOT be paid here, no matter how long you stay. Interns are expected to work 9-6, with the responsibilities of a full-time employee and there is no structure whatsoever. You have to learn everything yourself and you won't get any guidance. You will be yelled at for every little mistake you make and if you do something right it will be taken for granted and marginalized.
You'll be told that you will be at the forefront of mobile and creative innovation, but that is not really true. You will spend your time reading about it in TechCrunch, MediaPost etc while the CEO is traveling the country, networking. Although any potential client can see that the company is in shambles. The CEO travels so much, in fact, that he has no time to actually build his own company.
Lunch breaks are frowned upon.
The turnover rate is insanely high. The longest standing employee (minus the two founders) started in February. A lot of the employees are foreigners that have no alternative work options.
