Pros
I've been working here for over 6 years, first on a part-time basis before moving to full time.
I have learnt so much while I've been here and continue to do so. I've received guidance and encouragement to realise my fullest potential and I genuinely feel valued as a member of the team.
The atmosphere in the office is great, it's actually a pleasure to come into work.
The manager's door is always open, whether I want to ask advice or just say 'hi' and the team is actually that - a team that works well together and supports one another.
There are clear targets in place so that everyone is motivated, enthusiastic and working towards the same goals.
Cons
Space in the office is tight however this just reflects that the business is evolving and growing.
