Poorly managed, executives are very disconnected from what is actually happening in the company. HR is loyal to executives and provides no accountability for executive decisions. If you do take a job with this company, be aware that Texas is an At-will state. You need to write protections into your employment agreement that you’ll be paid severance and a letter stating the reason for your termination if terminated. They will not willingly provide that, and will refute unemployment claims.
