The staff are knowledgeable and nice. You get very close to all the people you work with and the potential for autonomy is amazing, unlike any other patient care experience available. The boss always makes sure that he has all the resources necessary before putting a team in place.
Cons
Unreliable work as we wait for a disaster to happen for us to receive an order to mobilize.
