Pros
Reasonable salary.
Modern tech stack with interesting projects.
People generally nice.
Cons
Runs and feels more like a corporate than a start-up which is OK unless you've worked for a start-up before and are expecting a similar environment. May feel innovative/start-up like for those who are coming from a more corporate environment though.
Lack of employee perks/incentives beyond salary which is unusual in a tech 'start-up' (particularly in what was, and especially is now, a competitive hiring environment).
Doesn't handle employee off-boarding well - often employees leave unannounced which doesn't make for a very nice environment, high-employee turnover too.
Often projects would focus on new features rather than fixing reported problems from users - google and android reviews poor but limited attention given - not unusual given the stage of the company but still tricky for motivation.
There was at the time conflict between newer staff (who have since left) and older staff (who had been with the company for a while) - perception was that the older staff were held to different standards.
