Level 1 Technical Support - Anonymous employee Fused Solutions Employee Review

Folks, as you can see from all the other reviews and my responses, I take this one very seriously and this is factually incorrect and essentially an effort to smear the good people of the company and me the CEO. Here are the facts: 1) The company did not go belly-up. It still exists in very good standing. We did make a business decision to sell one of it's lines of business, the call center business. It was sold to a terrific partner Frontline Call Center in August of 2016. Interesting that this review is written May 30, 2017. 2) The technology business of the company, SpiceCSM is thriving. We are growing rapidly and our customers are transforming their businesses due to its capability. 3) I graduated from Clarkson University with a degree in Engineering and Management, and have now lead 3 IT technology related companies. 4) We empowered our supervisory staff to lead and make decisions on staffing to ensure service levels for our customers were met. Overtime was secondary to customer satisfaction and I wish the best to the person who wrote this review. It is truly a shame that they find writing factually incorrect reviews amusing.
