Pros
No pros I could think of aside from flexible work schedule that can be done from home.
Cons
First of all this is an unpaid internship, that is already a huge red flag. There's little to no communication with management and colleagues. No opportunity for growth either, as you're stuck doing the same tasks over and over again. Your 'job' is to send messages to random people on LinkedIn to recruit them into the company. And you're given a minimum set of people you have to successfully recruit and onboard. If no one wants to apply, the management blames you (but hey, let's be real. No one wants to accept UNPAID internships). The 'training' isn't actually proper training at all, you're only given 'guidelines' (actually just a Google Doc with messy writing and many typos) with VERY vague instructions of your daily tasks. Biggest red flag? EVERYONE in your team is an intern. Your colleagues? Interns. Your team leaders? Also interns. There's no real structure or organization, overall this company's a mess.
