- Quite good compensation package, corporate parties and holidays
- Strong engineering solution and quite good engineering leaders
- If you want active working life, high tempo and lots of action - that's the fit Lots of opportunities to grow through the chaos and uncertainty for proactive people
- Company achieves its financial goals consistently
Cons
- Lack of direction and autonomy from specific customers. The product mainly develops through customer feature requests - there's lack of strong product vision (It's not that it is a strong con - it's just a fact)
- Very chaotic and pressing environment that takes lots of your energy
- Priorities for the whole company may be easily changed few times a year
- Lot's of L3 time is taken to perform L1-L2 duties and find proper feature owners
- Lots of employees are it's ex-interns that had spent 5 years in a company and there's very rare strong fresh blood from the market (at least in engineering). This inflates engineering levels, expertise slowly drops down on a scale of a company
