Compensation is up to industry, benefits are high, best or close to best name in the industry thus helps to grow career
Cons
US centric ( any other office is surrogate of US) this applies in terms of decision making, risk taking, growth in the company, working hours, etc. US best office, Europe second best ( doesn't do much but good hours) Asia worst: long hours, does the most, least compensated
