You will never find another company that cares about you and your personal and professional development. If you are looking for a once in a life time opportunity your search is over. This company will teach you the art of communication, entrepreneurship from the ground up, how to run a business, and time management. There is no hierarchy in this company, everyone is equal and will take it upon themselves to help you any way they can to help you reach your goals. However you will have to work hard, take feed back and apply it and trust it, and most importantly ask questions immediately if you have any. You have a huge network available to help you. Part time positions are available. Schedules are flexible. Be forward with your personal schedules and provide a print out and email for: planned vacations, appointments, times of worship, classes, or any other planned event. I suggest you provide this as soon as you can in advance to help them help you and adapt your work schedule.

If you have children make sure you have a constant network of help and support. You will have long hours however they will work with you and your schedule. The schedules are subject to change but that is how it is when you run a business. Make sure you have a smart phone or a device that has wifi and photo abilities. You will have travel opportunities that are highly suggested. In my opinion you should take them even if it is just for 2 days. You will be reimbursed in gas, lodging will be paid for out right at a 3-4 star hotel.

The company is a huge scam. First of all it is not a corporation so it should not have Inc in its name. A corporation is owned by its shareholders, which it does not have. The job adds make it sound like a glamorous opportunity, but its a way for the owner to profit off of cheap labor. You work long hours on minimum wage and don't even get paid for all the hours you work. It requires tons of travel and you have to use your private vehicle. They don't offer any benefits or insurance. The worst part though is that they try to control your life by constantly making you go to hype meeting, constantly calling you on your off hours, and even making you come to do inventory or group events on your one day off. Yea that's right, you get one day off a week and they still try to take that from you.
