The company has made drastic improvements in the last couple of years, you can tell they care about their people, products, and customers. Great on work/life balance, collaborative environment, and a place where you can make a difference. Not to mention being able to see something go from a concept to a product being sold in major retailers is a great feeling!

I can't think of any.

There is a lot of flexibility. Everyone is given a laptop and the option to work from home when needed.

The upper management is a team of older individuals who have no idea what they are doing. They keep hiring more people who are completely clueless of what their roles and responsibilities are and could care less if they are doing their job or not. There is no training offered, so people aren't getting the information that is needed to to do the job. There is also no room for improvement. They only promote certain people several times and leave everyone else in the dust.
