Gained experience in other roles I didn't expect to be doing when I first started.

Lack of Leadership. No parking for non-management and not located on a public transport route. Very high turnover. Students and grads taken on to carry out the roles of far more experienced staff with little to no support. Not the job advertised.

Excellent family atmosphere allowing you to work both independently and within a team
