      Getting approval for external training can sometimes be a bit of a hassle to get approved. If it is not related to your duties, you probably can't get it.

      Good pay and flexible telecommute options

      Cons

      Extremely basic benefit offerings. There also seems to be a very wide chasm between GDIT internal (management/corporate) and front-line staff who are focused on the contract.
