Pros
Because it is a big company you may be able to get some support from someone that's been there already. The pay was good though and raises were decent.
Cons
The company is very bureaucratic, not much is stressed as far as professional employee development. The only time you hear from management is when there is a problem. Not too much positive feedback even if you pulled off a very stressfull project.
