Great atmosphere, and solid leadership that combines goal orientation and employee satisfaction.

No cons at all as far as I am concerned.

Great place to work if you're one of the good ole boys.

Hires people off the street with less experience than current employees and gives them a higher title and more pay. Haven't seen a pay increase in the 3+ years since I started!
