Undercuts industry standard salaries by 20,000-40,000 dollars. I only accepted this dev position because my unemployment was about to run out. Zero room for growth. I begged my manager to have me team up with the DBA to advance my career and skill sets and that was actively ignored. Zero change control processes. Zero Q/A. Zero Project Management. Zero testing of the dodgy ERP system that Cannot Scale to the level of their business. Huge amounts of technical debt. They are just slapping band-aids on Everything. Huge network issues they refuse to address properly. Huge 3rd party Shadow IT issues that FTEs are forced to deal with. Complete inability to accept criticisms from the professionals they hired. Zero communications between teams. Actively refuses to invest in its data infrastructure. Their benefits have Huge deductibles for families and are very mediocre. Big Brother Is Watching You! They will literally monitor your IM's and Emails to individuals to use against for termination reasons. My manager ensured me that upper management does not do this. This turned out to be false!
