Pros
Good company to start with. A lot of independence in creating and organizing own job. Creative approach to problems, light structure which allows to express own potential (within limits).
Cons
The information are not completely shared, this creates a lot of stress and confusion. A unique program with validated data to manage all aspect of the business is missing so everyone is duplicating data and creating personal databases which is time consuming and generates errors.
