      Pros

      The potential to get back on their feet is inspiring though hard to imagine as sales have declined by over 75% within the last 8 months due to its current landscape of overpaid and disingenuous individuals. This company could takeover the CBD industry with the right focus, dedication, and removal of its current cancerous imbiciles. If ownership could regain its prior hardworking initiative this company could make well over a hundred million dollars a year.

      Enslaved by a toxic CTO and now COO Mismanagement of Funds Depleted Manufacturing Department Top Heavy More Sales Management than an Actual Salesforce. Laughable Process and Analytics Team Dwindled Culture Poorly educated, prejudiced, and intolerant HR Department Uncaring, Callous, and Detached Ownership Inept Purchasing Department Reluctant to follow basic cGMP procedures Intentional low dosing of CBD Refusal to recall potentially fatal products

      Pay its decent i guess Some nice coworkers

      - Change of schedules frequently without enough previous notice - The AC has been broken for I dont know how long now and they wont fix it, so you’re standing next to the boiling pots for 10 hours sweating so much that it makes you wanna puke / pass out. - They wont let you sit even if there is no work to be done or you have to wait for something to be cooked that takes 1-2 hours. Just standing there in the heat. - So much favoritism, friends of the higher roles take breaks of 45-50 minutes with no issues but if you take 1 more minute of your break they are on YOUR BACK. - Some coworkers will treat you badly, tell you to follow “rules” when they themselves dont follow them. They scream, treat others badly, leave early, arrive late, take longer breaks, dont weak the security mask properly. - They make you feel inferior all the time just because they been working there for longer even if you are more capable or know more. Wouldnt recommend this place to nobody, I felt out of place and uncomfortable the entire time.
