9yThank you for taking the time to write this. Some of us lost sleep over your review. Not because of the things you said, but because it upsets us that we have an employee who’s so unhappy about his or her work environment.
We’re not perfect—but we’ve been working on being better. Slowly but surely. It’s been some time since your review, so we hope you’ve felt some of the improvements.
We want to invite you to come talk to us (either CEO or HR, whoever you feel more comfortable with). Tell us, in more specific details, about the unhappiness you’re feeling. Share your suggestions. Because that’s the only way we can start to make it better.
PS: We love our cleaning auntie too.
