Unless you are directly making the company money you can pretty much just get on with it, safe in the knowledge that no one cares what you're up to.
Cons
If you like sexism, lower than average salaries, being shushed by senior members of staff and given a 'warning' for voicing concerns over COVID safety in the office, 30 minute lunch breaks, absolutely no career progression, and arhiac and controlling policies such as no coats on the back of chairs, and monitored visits to the kitchen and bathrooms, then this is the place for you.
