Pros
It's a job in retail golf so for those trying to break-in to that segment, it's a bit of an in. If you have the energy to deal with the foolishness of this place, you will most likely enjoy this place. Good luck.
Cons
The manager can't make a good hire, hides in the office while customers need help from a staff that is more focused on folding cloths and talking to each other rather than answering a customer question. This place is the worst company I have worked and its culture will suck the life out of you. It's a top down problem here and it comes down from above the store manager. I guess that once Dicks figures out what a failure GG is they will close it down. Being that Dicks needs to figure out golf in their own stores, I can only guess that they are trying to learn from the GG acquisition. It will amaze me if GG is still in business as a brick and mortar in 3 years. As leases run out , look for stores to close (just a guess).
