      Pros

      I really enjoy working here. It's a great opportunity to build your own desk, be a real market specialist whilst working alongside some really good people. SMT are very supportive and genuinely interested in how your doing and the Experience offers more than any other business I've worked in previously. The support staff are also brilliant.

      Pros

      The culture is very different than most agencies -- not hammering the phones, being micromanaged, no toxic behavior like I've seen before. On top of that, they may be the best recruiting team in NYC. The clients, process, and candidate pool are top knotch. Benefits, PTO, Holidays are great
