Small global workforce <450 Easy and quick to find the right person for questions Benefits are quite ok.
Cons
Company wa 100% privatised by a PE firm with a sole goal of being sold again. Severely limited by growth/ expansion plans as the shareholder is only here to make money. All operating income goes toward paying bank loans. Employees and top management are friendly but generally unexciting and many are preparing for retirement or just enjoying the "retirement" lifestyle. Many roles seems to be puppet roles due to heavy intervention and influence from the shareholder
