Cons
-Travel can be extensive at times -A lot of expectation for lower employees that ends up hurting you in the bonus category -Corporate seems to think valuations division is very replaceable and will not hesitate to have lay-offs if profits are falling -Can spend long hours walking in plants -Work can be repetitive -Steep learning curve in the beginning -Software and equipment is outdated -Company seems to be losing market share to competitors -More of a blue-collar job than a white-collar job, so be weary of this
