Pros

1. Hybrid work 2. Flexible work timings

Cons

1. No respect for work life balance. You don’t have to sit continuously to complete work hours which sounds good but are expected to be available 24hours. Can get calls on weekend nights and on vacations aswell. Because of which you cannot plan anything in advance. And salary is not good enough to expect such dedication. 2. Negligible increments. New employees get more salary but old ones don’t get much increments even though tech stack here is unique and requires atleast 6months to learn. 3. Useless tech stack. Erlang is used here which no other company uses. 4. Nothing exciting or new to learn after sometime. Work is almost repetitive here. Which is bad for growth. 5. Things are unnecessarily made complicated. Local servers are down after every minor update and more than half the time is wasted on fixing old bugs and running the code somehow. Greyorange used to be good company a few years ago. Pay was pretty good initially and it was completely remote. But then since last year there have been negligible increments and on top of that they’re slowly trying to bring everyone back to office. And new employees are being forced to go to office. So its no longer worth.
