Made me appreciate every other environment I've worked in a great deal. Flexibility. Made me realize how thick my skin can get.
Cons
Rampant sexism and mean-spiritedness that is masked by forced cameraderie, a lot of alcohol and the dopamine rush from the short-lived back slaps you get from closing a deal. The co-founders are extremely narcissistic and bully, each in their own way: one is straight up big mouthed andmean, the other gets insidious by ignoring your emails and stuff. Brutal. This then drips into the company culture. Of course it's a commission game, but how underperformers get alienated and focused on used to make my skin crawl. Zero professional development, despite neverending affirmations to the otherwise. So many more. It's just toxic behind the top 2 or 3 earners.
