      Pros

      Amazing culture, great employee engagement, flexibility on work arrangements and plenty of opportunities to grow. Also, one of the most noticeably diverse places I've worked at

      Cons

      Rapid growth means growing pains, which show in lack of process and poor documentation due to reliance on "corporate memory"

      Pros

      Gymshark really sticks to its core values. The people are awesome and great to work with. Excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      As a UK-based company, working in the United States is tough sometimes. We often get information late from our UK partners. The company definitely needs to build out its US office more and add more vital job functions.
