      * Generous pay and benefits. * Very diverse-aware and inclusive culture. * Great policy about working remotely if works best for you and your manager. * Generous severance package and and severance benefits coverage based on time worked with the company. Felt like they did the right thing when laying off when it came to the severance package.

      Cons

      Giant, multi-national company that sometimes feels like its grown too big to do its best work.
