Pros

401k and good insurance Programs where they give you an opportunity to rise inside as a manager (but you need to pay $400 for the course first!) 15 days of PTO

Cons

Worst work-life balance I saw so far. You are forced to work 8am-8pm and more. Had colleagues from India sleeping on the meeting with mic on, because it was 4am for them. Unskilled management that is not able to solve even simple requests. You will be asked to work at the weekend and then they will deny it making it look like it was your initiative.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear you appreciate our 401k, insurance benefits, and the opportunities we offer for career growth. It is important to clarify that while we are proud to offer many professional development courses to help employees grow (both free and paid), no one should be asked to pay out of their own pocket to participate. HARMAN is also committed to ensuring our leaders support a healthy work-life balance and foster a positive, productive working environment. We’re disappointed to hear your concerns around these aspects. We encourage you to discuss these concerns directly with your manager or HR Business Partner. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us create a better workplace for everyone, and we are committed to addressing these issues.
