A dishonest and inept company - Operations Manager HCLTech Employee Review

Very India-centric company whose entire aim is to absorb all the knowledge from US and then ship all jobs to India. There seems to always be urgent documents that is needed and everyone is expected to drop everything and provide these. There are no planning in place. The company does not even consider offshore access restrictions before bidding for a contract.
