      Pros

      High salaries, people are considerate and take time to help each other out. Good scope for career progress if you network and make yoursaelf visible in the company.

      Cons

      The beauraucracy slows the pace of work significantly and often the managers are not very concerned about the growth in knwoledge and skills sets of employees

      Pros

      Good company with great people and excellent knowledge. The processes and culture are top notch. Had an excellent stint.

      Cons

      None really. I would love to see latest technology being implemented though. More cross functional training and more hiring of junior engineers and management trainees can position the firm to deliver better
