Pros

They get some money to borrow from CIB but their business model is failing as there is not much income in their fueling stations. Even production facilities if come in service, there are cheaper options to buy hydrogen so gradually they will wipe out.

Cons

Top management just thinking to increase their benefits and they hire Senior Mechanical Engineer at about 95k in Vancouver BC! They take benefit of the employment market and pay their intermediate engineers very low. Engineering make decisions that are not safe for public/operators and just with technical memos that are not really correct try to explain the reason for deviations from codes without understanding the sprit of the code requirements and based on wrong information about risk values. They have a toxic working environment where an engineer with no professional integrity can mess up a team of engineers. The engineering directors just design forms and try to entertain underpaid engineers so they keep to get the big money. They hire newcomers with extensive experience oversees and give them half the salary they would give to a local engineers. There are a few people from Europe who just share most of stocks among themselves. I saved my life and career after moving from the company and very happy that moved away from their toxic working environment.

Pros

Very interesting work and a lot of new challenges to solve. The people are great and there is a pretty good management team.

Cons

The tariffs have had a pretty big impact on us and the company has had to do some layoffs. I can't really fault the management though because it wasn't the type of shift that we could have predicted.
