Pros
insurance benefits are good. management is now salaried non exempt so you get paid for your overtime now. The stores are their own little communities with a living heartbeat that you can feel if you work full time. It can be fun if you have a good management team in your store.
Cons
no one is held accountable, so it is hard to hold any one accountable as a manager. they preach fair and consistent as the standard but it is a joke. the expectation that retail workers are held to is ridiculous. we are held to labor expectations that create such an atmosphere of exhaustion, because they keep cutting back what we are allowed to operate on. yet we do not see it in our paychecks. its unnaceptable.
