Pros
Good scope for learning and most of the seniors are good. The clientele is strong. If you're looking for upskilling or would like to improve your logical building capacity then this place is a right choice
Cons
no work-life balance, and work recognition are there but you will be rewarded with a certificate for that. no monetary rewards. CEO and HR lie about a thing openly "If you feel you deserve a raise then it can be possible you can get appraisals as well as a raise"... biggest lie. This company doesn't spend on operations personnel. they will spend on higher-ups who don't do much of a work. so go ahead and make some mistakes and let these management people get some thrashing from clients. they're getting paid for that.
