Pros
Most coworkers we absolute superstars. People in non-management roles were nice, outgoing, and supportive. The good managers we fantastic to work with but were few and far between. Most could work from home.
Cons
Departments would often play the blame game with each other. Technology was behind by 10+ years, despite claiming to be early adopters of the latest hardware and software. There were a handful of managers that had companywide reputations for being Self-centered, extremely difficult to work with, and gaslighting.
