10moThank you for sharing your experience. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your time with Headlight has felt misaligned with what you were hoping for—we understand how disheartening that can be, especially when entering with good intentions and high expectations.
We appreciate your feedback on the onboarding process, EHR, and bonus structure. These are areas we continue to evaluate and improve, and hearing from clinicians on the ground is a valuable part of that process. That said, we do want to clarify an important point: our hiring materials, website, and job postings all reference a goal of 25 billed hours per week, not 25 clients. We recognize that this distinction can feel significant in day-to-day clinical work, but our intention has always been to be transparent about performance expectations. The majority of our clinicians are able to meet this goal and successfully earn bonuses, and we provide ongoing support to help each clinician build and maintain a sustainable caseload.
