Pros
flexibility, opportunity for advancement, great people (initially, but they were let go for no justifiable reason)
Cons
Look, it wouldn't be bad enough that the pay is offensively low- but any time it felt like things were finally getting better we would suddenly get abandoned by upper management. Good people either slipped through or were terminated with no plans of hiring within a reasonable amount of time so the work would fall on everyone else. Initially we were trained well on everything but documentation, and were chastised for magically not knowing what to do and for being behind. Fraud was obviously being committed, yet the guilty were kept until upper management had no choice but to act on it. Clients with very valid and high needs fell through the cracks due to lack of support.
