This company is a great company. The employees I work with are top notch, and management (and upper management) treat me with respect and dignity.

Cons is that I won't live long enough to work for this company for 100 years. If I could, I would. Really a great company. feel healthy, and I should be able to work for this company many more years.
Mid level leadership is great and work with you to grow and become better at your job.
Cons
Most leaders do not care about you, I can count on 1 hand the times my bosses boss has said something to our team. No one above that would even care to acknowledge you.
