Good Company with Room to Grow - Project Manager Helios Construction Services Employee Review

I worked at Helios for over two years before relocating back home to Cleveland. What attracted me most to Helios was their continuous emphasis to innovate and streamline the entire construction process from start to finish. I really appreciated the entrepreneurial spirit & culture that was established by ownership/management, as they were always looking for ways to improve. Their willingness to listen encouraged everyone to have a voice and really make an impact within the company. Lastly, the people themselves is really what made this such an enjoyable place to work. Colleagues quickly became good friends which expanded beyond working hours to things like rec volleyball and ski ball leagues. The saying "work hard, play hard" couldn't be more true with this group!
