Pros

Stable company, benefits are pretty decent, always guaranteed a 40 hour week, active in community service, great place to start out for a first time job as it does not require a high skill set, overtime is voluntary so it's easy to balance work and life.

Cons

Communication downward is the pits, there is way too much responsibility put on the shoulders of team leads (I used to be one) with little compensation or support from middle or upper management, training leaves a lot to be desired from the bottom up.
