Company is rapidly modernizing. It’s not the Gateway of five years ago. Real opportunities for advancement and to improve the company. Opportunities for fully remote work. People really care about patients and providers.
Cons
Some firings as ineffective managers and ways of doing things disappear. Processes are changing and there is the expectation that the company and everyone will do better.
