We actively promote a strong work life balance and work very hard to ensure our employees are happy which is why we’ve implemented employee friendly policies such as Flexi working hours. In addition to this, every year we conduct employee opinion surveys wherein we capture feedback on work-life balance of the employees and take serious actions to improve our existing policies and processes to enhance the overall experience of our employee.
As part of our business strategy, developing our people is a key business focus. We have strong training and development programs in place to help team members progress. Further, our performance and people development processes allow them to have constructive discussions with respective team leaders. In the recent times, we have opened a lot of lateral & vertical positions into which people can move based upon their performance and potential. Based upon this, we are happy to share the data that in 2016 as well as 2017 over 20% of our workforce has moved into new roles which is very high as per industry standards.
Finally, with regards to our policies, we have a set of standard processes that we have defined for ourselves and we aim to improve our delivery all the time with respect to our employees. Industry standards change often as witnessed last year where we had to replace our ERP system due to a government legislation. Stabilization of such changes does take time when even the market is experiencing several changes.
