Pros
From the interview process through onboarding and into the day-to-day, the company has been exactly what they presented themselves to be — a group of genuinely kind, supportive, and passionate people who care deeply about the work they do and about each other. It’s refreshing to join a company where the culture you hear about during interviews actually shows up in real life.
The transition into the role has been incredibly smooth. The onboarding process was thoughtful and well-structured, which made it easy to ramp up quickly and feel confident jumping right in. I never felt like I was left to figure things out on my own — there’s a real sense of collaboration and willingness to help across the team.
What stands out most is the people. Everyone brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to see their teammates succeed. It creates an environment where you feel supported, motivated, and excited to contribute.
