Homeserve is a very employee focused company. They focus on the wellbeing of each employee and strive to make the working life as happy as it can be.
You are encouraged to progress in your present career, and there are lot's of new opportunities to look toward.

    Pros

    HomeServe genuinely believes in putting its People first so that they look after the Customer, and the rest takes care of itself. The company is always striving to improve and this applies to making things easier for its People and the all important "Frontline", who are there in the moment of truth for the Customer.

    Cons

    The systems are poor, but we are addressing this with huge effort and huge investment to make the future far more effortless.

    Advice to Management

    Keep going, keep trying to improve, we're all ready to embrace the next growth phase.

    Pros

    I've often heard companies say that if you look after your people, they will look after your customers and that will look after your business...this is the first company that actually does mean it and acts on it.
    Those that work here talk about the 'HomeServe family'; when you first join you think 'yeah, every company says that', but actually it's different here - people genuinely care.
    It's a very results focused organisation - and it's not afraid to be
    It's ambitious and relentless

    Cons

    The growing pains show in the state of its systems and infrastructure (though they are getting better).

    Advice to Management

    Keep the focus on customers
