      Good pay and benefits for the area Generally, people are very nice and easy to work with Fitness center is a nice addition

      Cons

      Awful work/life balance Hard work is rewarded by adding more responsibility, but not awarding promotion with it Shift rotation is difficult to deal with

      Pros

      Just Finished my week at the Pro Center will be starting in the ALMC Department at AEP on monday and am personally looking forward to it. Ive read mixed reviews but I believe every experience is what you make it.
